Within 21 days of receiving your engagement ring, you can return just the setting and purchase a new one. There is a $300 USD / CA$300 / A$300 / £300 / €300 recycling fee associated with the return of your setting, unless you choose to have the refund applied to a non-refundable VRAI digital gift card. In this case, your setting will be refunded in full and you have 45 days from delivery to return it. As a reminder, your engraving and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your purchase falls outside of the return window, or is considered a final sale, you can purchase a new setting, and we will reset your diamond, charging a $100 USD resetting fee. We will send the original setting back to you. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and there is a $50 USD shipping fee associated with this process (US orders).
