- Custom jewelry is considered Final Sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges or remakes will be considered.
- For custom engagement rings and wedding bands, our Lifetime Care Package includes one complimentary resize if the ring allows (not eligible on full pavé, eternity styles, and some other setting styles) within one full size up or down (2 sizes up or down in European and UK sizes), annual cleanings and our Lifetime Warranty.
- Custom engagement rings are eligible for our Diamond Value Guarantee Program
- For custom engagement rings, center diamonds must be 1ct or larger and we require a minimum spend of $2,500 USD for both the center diamond and the setting.
- For other jewelry styles, we require a minimum spend of $2,500 USD.
- Minimum estimated lead time for custom jewelry from start to finish is 21 business days, but may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the design.
- Once the final CAD is approved, production time is an estimated 14 business days.
- Diamond Foundry owns any CADs and jewelry design imagery created in the custom process.
