If your engagement ring is no longer eligible for a return, you can purchase a new setting for your diamond in the correct size. For U.S. customers, there is a $50 USD non-refundable shipping fee, and the original setting will be returned to you. You can then purchase a new setting plus the $100 USD resetting fee. If you are shopping outside of the U.S., you will need to work with a local jeweler to unset the diamond and return it to us to be reset. Again, there is a resetting fee associated with this process which amounts to $100 USD, along with a $50 USD return shipping fee.
