# My VRAI piece broke. How do I have it repaired?

**Please Note:** In order to protect your sentimental pieces during the busiest shipping period of the year and to allow our craftspeople the time needed to service your jewelry, **we will pause** annual shine, resizing, and repair services for US clients from **November 11, 2026 through January 3, 2027**. These services will resume as of **January 4, 2027**.

VRAI guarantees your fine jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a defect, you are able to send it back to us for an inspection. Our [Lifetime Warranty](https://www.vrai.com/warranty) does not apply to the replacement of a center stone, and excludes coverage for wear and tear, warped rings, discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, and product loss, as well as jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or storage. **ALL OTHER LOCATIONS:** Please contact our Client Advisor Team at **help@vrai.com** for assistance with your repair request. Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis, but if the damage is considered a manufacturing defect covered by our Lifetime Warranty, our team may offer reimbursement to have your piece fixed locally. We'll either issue a refund to the VRAI order's original method of payment or a VRAI Digital Gift Card, if the original method of payment cannot be refunded.
