Can I request to have the VRAI trademark removed from my design?

All of our designs will be stamped with a quality mark (14k/585, 18k/750, PLAT/950, Sterling/925) and our company trademark to identify the manufacturer, as these markings are required by the FTC. Unfortunately, we're unable to remove the "VRAI" logo for any reason!
