Can I request a repair if I ordered from outside of the United States, the European Union, or Canada?

Typically, yes, but repairs are examined on a case-by-case basis. If the damage is considered a manufacturing defect covered by our Lifetime Warranty, and we don't have a facility near you, our team may offer reimbursement to have your piece fixed locally. We'll either issue a refund to the VRAI order's original method of payment or a VRAI Digital Gift Card, if the original method of payment cannot be refunded. Please note that requests for services like resizes, annual shines, and repairs will be temporarily paused from November 11, 2026 to January 3, 2027, resuming on January 4, 2027. Pieces already with our jeweler will continue to receive service during this time, but starting November 11, 2026, new requests will be paused until the New Year.
