Can I request a repair if I ordered from outside of the United States?

Repairs are examined on a case-by-case basis. We're typically unable to accept an internationally purchased item for repair, but may request you work with a local jeweler and we can provide a reimbursement for the fees paid. Please reach out to hello@vrai.com with your order information, photos, a short video, and description of how the damage occurred so we can see how we can help!
