Can I have my piece serviced at a VRAI showroom?

Our showrooms do not have a bench jeweler on the premises and your piece will be shipped directly to our jewelers for any services. If you wish to have your piece serviced, please book a service drop-off appointment at one of our showrooms. Please note, not all showrooms are equipped to accept customer merchandise for drop off.
