Can I change the shipping or billing address of my order?

We're unable to edit orders once they've been placed. We're able to cancel an in stock jewelry purchase before the package has tracking assigned, and are able to cancel your made to order design within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to hello@vrai.com for assistance. For customer privacy reasons, we are unable to make any changes to a billing address.
