Can I resize my ring?

Please Note: In order to protect your sentimental pieces during the busiest shipping period of the year and to allow our craftspeople the time needed to service your jewelry, we will pause annual shine, resizing, and repair services for US clients from November 11, 2026 through January 3, 2027. These services will resume as of January 4, 2027.

We offer a complimentary one-time resizing for VRAI engagement rings and wedding bands purchased from VRAI.com and VRAI showrooms, with the exception of eternity styles and certain custom designs.  This one-time service is complimentary with your Lifetime Care Package.

Your VRAI engagement ring or wedding band can be resized within one full (US) size up or down, in increments of a quarter, half, or full size. Please note that each ring may only be eligible for resizing once, and the resizing process typically takes up to 5 weeks from the date we receive the ring for US, Canadian, and EU clients. If we don't have a facility near you, our team may offer reimbursement to have your ring resized locally. We'll either issue a refund to the VRAI order's original method of payment or a VRAI Digital Gift Card, if the original method of payment cannot be refunded.

Please note that Infinity and Eternity styles cannot be resized, and they must be returned and repurchased within our Return Policy.
