If your engagement ring is within 30 days of delivery, we can assist you with returning the ring so you can repurchase a new one using your originally chosen center stone. Please visit our returns page here to begin your return.

If your engagement ring is no longer eligible for a return or refund, we can help you purchase a new setting. There is a $50 USD non-refundable shipping fee to begin the process that covers insured shipping to our facility. Upon receiving your ring, our jeweler will carefully remove the center stone from its current setting and conduct a thorough inspection for any possible damage. If everything is in order, our team will send you an invoice for the new setting, along with a $100 USD fee for the resetting service. We will also provide a store credit of 30% of the amount you paid for your original setting pre-taxes, which can be applied toward your new purchase. Your original setting will be recycled in return for this credit.
