# ¿Cuándo puedo esperar un reembolso?

Las devoluciones tardan hasta 10 días laborables en procesarse una vez que se entregan de forma segura en nuestra oficina. Una vez reembolsado, los fondos pueden tardar hasta 7 días laborables en ser ingresados en su cuenta.
