Extended Holiday Return Policy
Eligible ready-to-ship jewelry, made-to-order jewelry, and engagement and wedding-design orders placed from November 1, 2024 through December 24, 2024 can be returned for a refund through January 15, 2025. Our standard return policy for fine jewelry purchases will resume as of December 25, 2024.
Please refer to our return & recycling fee policies below. The extended return window does apply to engagement ring, wedding band and made-to-order fine jewelry purchases, but your refund will incur a recycling fee should you not request a gift card refund.
Loose diamond purchases are eligible for a return within 21 days of delivery.
EXCHANGE:
Items can be exchanged within 45 days of delivery for a VRAI gift card with value of the full purchase price, minus any engraving fee. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used towards any design on our site.
RETURN:
Eligible items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. To stay true to our sustainability principles, we will be unsetting the VRAI created diamond(s) and melting the metal for recycling. Therefore, we will deduct a $300 recycling fee from engagement ring returns and a $50 recycling fee from wedding band and made-to-order fine jewelry returns. This fee is waived if you choose to exchange for a VRAI gift card instead.
CONDITION:
Returned or exchanged item(s) must be in their original condition, including packaging with all original documentation.
