EXCHANGE:
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a VRAI gift card with value of the full purchase price, minus any engraving fee. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used towards any design on our site.
RETURN:
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. To stay true to our sustainability principles, we will be unsetting the VRAI created diamond(s) and melting the metal for recycling. Therefore, we will deduct a $300 recycling fee from engagement ring returns and a $50 recycling fee from wedding band and made-to-order fine jewelry returns. This fee is waived if you choose to exchange for a VRAI gift card instead.
CONDITION:
Returned or exchanged item(s) must be in their original condition, including packaging with all original documentation.
