# Is my item returnable if it is engraved?

Engraved engagement rings and wedding bands are eligible for return, but the engraving fee is non-refundable. There is also a $300 USD/CAD/AUD/GBP/EUR recycling fee for returns of engraved non-custom engagement rings and wedding bands if you choose to return the ring to your original payment method. This recycling fee is waived if you choose to return to a VRAI digital gift card instead. Please refer to our full return policies [here.](https://www.vrai.com/returns-exchanges)

Please note that personalized fine jewelry pieces such as the Solitaire Bar Necklace and the Pavé Signet Ring are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if engraved.
