Is my item returnable if it is engraved?

Engraved engagement rings and wedding bands are eligible for return, but the engraving fee is non-refundable. There is also a $300 USD/CAD/AUD/GBP/EUR recycling fee for returns of engraved non-custom engagement rings and wedding bands if you choose to return the ring to your original payment method. This recycling fee is waived if you choose to return to a VRAI digital gift card instead. Please refer to our full return policies here.

Please note that personalized fine jewelry pieces such as the Solitaire Bar Necklace and the Pavé Signet Ring are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if engraved.
