How do I take advantage of my Annual Shine?

Please Note: In order to protect your sentimental pieces during the busiest shipping period of the year and to allow our craftspeople the time needed to service your jewelry, we will pause annual shine, resizing, and repair services for US clients from November 11, 2026 through January 3, 2027. These services will resume as of January 4, 2027.

To keep your VRAI engagement ring and wedding band shiny and secure, every year we cover a comprehensive cleaning, which includes a deep cleaning, polishing, prong inspection, and re-dipping (for white gold only). This yearly service is complimentary with your Lifetime Care Package. Please keep in mind that polishing is not mandatory, but simply a matter of personal preference. When polishing a ring, a very thin layer is removed to expose a new layer of metal, making it bright and shiny. When re-dipping a white gold ring, polishing is always required. The process typically takes up to 5 weeks from the date we receive the ring for US, Canadian, and EU clients. Please find your location below for next steps:

If we don't have a facility near you, our team may offer reimbursement to have your ring serviced locally. We'll either issue a refund to the VRAI order's original method of payment or a VRAI Digital Gift Card, if the original method of payment cannot be refunded.
