The Annual Shine is a complimentary service included in our Lifetime Care Package. To keep your VRAI engagement ring and wedding band shiny and secure, your ring is eligible for a comprehensive cleaning, which includes a deep cleaning, polishing, prong inspection/tightening and re-dipping (for white gold only). Please initiate the Annual Shine process by clicking here.

If you are shopping outside of the United States or Canada, we kindly ask you to reach out to our team at [email protected] to assist you with your Annual Shine service.

In some cases, we may ask international clients to work with a local jeweler for the Annual Shine service. If your order qualifies, we will issue a refund of up to $100 USD once you provide a receipt from the service transaction. We'll either issue a refund to your original method of payment or a VRAI digital gift card, if the original method of payment cannot be refunded. If you would like to move forward, please reach out to [email protected] prior to having your ring checked so we can then further advise on the reimbursement process and requirements for a qualifying receipt.
