Once you've threaded the climbers through your piercing, and adjusted it so it climbs up your ear, you can gently push on the wire portion so that it has a smaller open space between the wire and the setting. It should feel snug but not tight enough that it's uncomfortable! If it feels too tight, you can gently pull the wire away from the setting to loosen it. The shape of the wire is intended to act as a spring and will have some flexibility to it in order to be adjusted for the best fit. You can continue to gently push or pull on the wire to adjust it until it feels right!
