Can I pick up my order at a showroom location?

We don't offer showroom pick-ups at this time! However, you can certainly choose to ship your VRAI order to a FedEx pick-up location. You can select the most convenient location directly on their site by searching your postal code. Be sure to toggle the "Hold/Pick Up" option on the list to filter for qualifying locations. You can then enter that address directly on our site at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking that you can follow. You’ll be notified by FedEx via email or phone when your package is ready for pick-up. You'll need a government-issued photo ID for pick-up and FedEx will only release the package to the recipient.
