Can I have my VRAI design serviced at a showroom?

Our showrooms do not have a bench jeweler on the premises, and your piece will be shipped directly to our jewelers for any services. If you wish to have your piece serviced, please book a service drop-off appointment at one of our showrooms. Please note that not all showrooms are equipped to accept customer merchandise for drop-off.
